Not quite PIC related but I hope someone can assist.

We're currently in desperate need of a data sheet for this GUNN/IMPATT
Diode, previously manfactured by MA/COM. MA/COM have been unable to
assist. Trolling the web has turned up nothing.

Any assistance or pointers would be much appreciated.
