Updated the web app which calculates Drill Size for Tap Diameter, TPI, and
Thread depth to also support common metric sizes and allow inputs in mm as
well as inches for most parameters.

Unlike most, this one allows you to find a range of close common drill size=
s
instead of just giving you the one best size. It also supports /any/ thread
diameter, TPI, and percent of thread. So, for example, if you want a
/really/ tight thread, you can calculate the best drill size for that.

If someone who uses metric could check out a few of the sizes to make sure
it's working right, that would be wonderful.
