Still the same subject from the same OP (in this c= ase > you, John), and you did it right to keep it in one thread, but I just can= 't > see the same approach by VG which makes it really difficult to follow up > things plus ignore or follow up the conversation if wanted. I think VGs approach on the above was not as bad as your memory suggests. General volume MAY have given a poor impression - see below. I dislike proliferation of related threads and comment on it regularly when apposite. But VG jumped from related item to related item in a manner such that the differences were "significant enough". I would have preferred an umbrella subject line such as "Questions re batteries for projects", but hindsight helps such decisions seem more obvious. I too think that VG could have kept more posts under the same subject line but a look at the last few indicated more variability than may be expected from the above. Incomplete. Nit perfectly in chjonological order. Parallelling LiIons and ideal diodes. Coin cells in parallel. Sources for small LiPo DO35 power dissipation. Float charging a LiPo with solar energy. Float charging two x 18650 LiIon in series. A current source circuit Capacitors for DC blocking. Withe this range and volume, it could be argued that a bit of duplication is about acceptable.
