Sorry if this topic has been over discussed ...  feel free to ignore.

The criteria would be the following:
=3D=3D available to civilians ( does not require order of 100K pcs )
=3D=3D good support tools and software
=3D=3D under $10 USD singles
=3D=3D at least 32K RAM and 64K FLASH

also desirable

=3D=3D Forth has been implemented on it
=3D=3D LUA has been implemented on it
=3D=3D non-BGA package
=3D=3D integral bootloader
=3D=3D lots of I/O   UART , etc.

The Stellaris LM3S9790 looked promising  .... I cannot determine that it ca=
n be purchased by a tiny person.  I was going to use a Wiznet product.... b=
ad reviews chased me away from that approach.
