A while ago I remember seeing an online calculator that allowed you to
roughly calculate inductance by measuring a high frequency signals
voltage loss when though an inductor.

First of all has anyone seen such a tool ? (and could you possibly
point me to one) Or could someone point me to some (simplified)
equations that would allow me to calculate inductance with an
oscilloscope and a function generator.
