I've used the DS18B20, I found it to be pretty easy to use and quite=20
accurate.
If you haven't used 1-wire before, it can be a bit fiddly to get going=20
depending on what uC/language you are using, but it's no big deal.=20
Basically you need to make sure you are running fast enough to meet the=20
timings, as it's all done in firmware. Also you need to decide whether=20
you will be using parasite power or not.
It's a particularly useful system if you want to save pins and have=20
multiple sensors (you can have many on one wire IIRC)
