No, not funny, but very interesting. I recently participated in out=20
township zoning commission formulating zoning regulations to regulate=20
wind turbines. Some of the topics included: fall zones, ice shedding,=20
rescue of workers from high places, noise, reflection, and flickering.=20
Then just yesterday, near Mansfield, Ohio, the county commissioners were=20
concerned with the large/overweight trucks delivering 200 large turbines=20
to a new turbine farm.
