The 5xx is USB and CAN, 6xx is USB and Ethernet, and 7xx is USB, CAN and=20
Ethernet
I think you are at the top of the RAM range (32kB) for the 4xx series.
You can go up to 64kB with the 5xx series, 128kB with the 6xx and 7xx=20
series, but I don't think they will be pin compatible with your current=20
chip.
