There are any TV repair shops left? I have a number of ex-TV and VCR Analogue Tuners, most with pin to=20 switch UHF, Band III and Band I. You can have one for cost of postage=20 from Ireland. The pinouts are fairly standard. There is AFC, AGC, +12V or +9V Power,=20 Band Pins, Tuner volts up to 30V, IF out. You can short AFC to ground or=20 open circuit depending on model and put a pot on AGC pin for RF gain.=20 Sometimes marked on can.
