You'd expect the opposite. Flying leads are good noise pickups

I'd have thought the devices to be too slow for significant ringing,
but you never know. A driven PIC pin would be reasonably
low impedance and I can't imagine how a stray lead would affect
it. However, a pin is low impedance to Vcc. Perhaps Vcc has an
impedance problem ?=20
