My local basestation (about 900m to 1km away) GSM900 and 3G2100 are=20
massive signals. About 20dB more than the TV signals. Total lack of GSM1800

You don't want to have too high a gain Mast amp and poor filters. Tetra=20
is now on too for Garda.

430MHz to 440MHz Amateur  with no EIRP limit, though there is a PA power=20
out limit.
