I would be interested in knowing what approximate price per area are
people paying for PCBs in moderate production volumes.
Most comments in PIC archives seem to relate to smaller volumes.

Say 1 to 6 square inch range.
Double sided, PTH, mostly SMD, some TH components or mounting holes.
ROHS
Possibly minor routing.
US delivered price (US manufacture or "foreign" delivered to US).
Standard solder resist, overlay.
Volumes say 2,000 to 30,000 per type per run.
Annual volume 100,000 - 1M?

Any comments on quality, delivery, reliability, recommended suppliers
for this sort of quantity?
