I'll definitely look for a better=20 part before I design the board, I just happened to have a bag of 2N7000s=20 since I fixed something a while back. I can't find the CES23xx at either Farnell or RS in the UK, but with the=20 info in your post I'll be able to dig around some datasheets and find a=20 suitable alternative.
