Hi all, I know that some of the 18F series PICs have special considerations which are required when using the data EEPROM. For example, data must be periodically refreshed under some circumstances by reading it and re-writing it. I think the general consensus was that this was due to unintended consequences of shrinking the EEPROM cell size. Does anyone here know whether this problem has been fixed in newer PICs? For example, newer revisions of older 18F parts? Newly-introduced members of the 18F family? What about EEPROM data storage in the dsPICs or 24F series?
