I have a Kidde brand CO/Gas alarm mounted in the basement. Today it went off and indicated dangerous levels of natural gas. There was no smell of gas anywhere in the dwelling. I have sensitive nose = and others confirmed this. We had just started a clothes dryer ( electric ) running and the exhaust tu= be had come loose so there was a lot of humidity in the basement. It is su= mmer so the furnace was not running.
