Someone suggested to me the other day that wheelchairs and
walkers could be made to suit eg the partially-sighted. My first
thought was the follow-the-white-line kind of robot. As well as
automatically following a line - if powered -, could also / instead
provide tactile feedback to the user (eg cellphone vibrator) so
they could steer it manually in their own time
