I wasn't able to find any information regarding this by searching. DipTrace
has a a cool "hierarchy" block feature, where you can create a second
schematic sheet, draw a bunch of components and call that a "block". That
block can then be reused multiple times in your original schematic, with it=
s
inputs and outputs, so that the individual components don't have to be
copy/pasted/redrawn multiple times. Essentially, treating those components
as an IC.

Any such feature in Eagle?

Hierarchical schematic, as they call it.
