Hi,
I am looking for recent small microprocessors with full FIT / MTBF =20
data. I do like the ARM cortex-MO and M3 series but cant find any =20
published MTBF data for these devices. I am looking for a device with =20
a min of about 10K of flash and 2K of ram, and I am also wanting a =20
5MHz SPI interface and a 1Mbit/s UART.

What do people suggest?
