An ex-colleague of mine once kept slowing down until he was
stationary. Tailgater was so close at this point he couldn't pull
round to overtake :) Tailgator driving a Porsche, ex-colleague does
rallies (doubtless a far faster driver than the tailgator if he wasn't
sticking to a speed limit).
