Not really.  It's well above the limit that an individual can decide =20
to spend (at any business I've been at.)  It would have to be =20
justified, expensed, depreciated, and put on the books as a capital =20
expense.

Sure, it's dwarfed by rent and wages, but that doesn't make it pocket =20
change.
