I know it=20 definitely does Eagle and Altium, not sure about Diptrace though. You=20 can download a free version to try it out. I think the limitation is=20 that you can use all the libraries supplied by vendors, e.g. Microchip=20 have PIC libraries, but you cannot create your own libraries.
