I need to have some transistors replaced in the field by our rep. in=20
Spain.  I'm looking for European part numbers that are  MMBT4401=20
equivalents or any 'jellybean' transistor that is the same pinout  with=20
a Vce of 25V and an Ic of 150mA or better.

Any help is appreciated.
