> Thanks for sharing your point of view... This is getting fun... :D LOL Yes. Quite a useful range of thoughts. Note that this could burst into politics and more at a moments notice. Please don't let it. It's much too fun and useful to die early. Taxation: In NZ if you buy a new company Porsche and a sole person has full use of it in an out of company time then you pay very severe fringe benefit tax on it. The tax is based on the initial price paid. Even after many years the tax rate does not drop. If A and B each have identical Porsches in similar condition and at similar mileage and age, if A sells his to B and if B sells his to A, and if the sale price is a fairly small fraction of new, as it usually bwill be, the A & B now pay fringe benefittax n the price they paid for their car, which is the lower used price. Sunstantial $ can be saved this way. I'm told that this does not work in practice because Porsche drivers all think thatv their car is worth more and has been better treated etc. Aha - A & B buy identical Porsches. A leases his to B abd B leases his to A. After N years A buys B's Porsche and drives it. B buys A's Porsche and drives it. All are happy except "the man". This is probably such a good idea that 'the man' would kill it if he noted it :-).
