My local 'national chain tyre shop' uses a torque wrench to finally tighten=
 the wheel nuts after using an air gun to spin them on. I suspect they have=
 the air gun set with its clutch low on its torque setting so the torque wr=
ench does do the last bit, and not just click on an over tight nut.
