I tried it about 3 or 4 years or so ago. At that time, all you had to do o= n their list serve was to announce a bug you found or a feature you wanted = and within hours it was addressed. Then this caused other bugs to pop up. = I was still using/evaluating it when they finally wised up and said they w= ere going to stop that practice because it helped perpetuate the instabilit= y of the product. But it was too late for me as I was disappointed with th= e bugs and when I hit my 1000 pin limit, I wasn't quite finished with my sc= hematic and I wasn't going to put more money into it. Maybe they have impr= oved now, I don't know because I haven't kept up with the product since I a= bandoned it but I'm not interested in going back.
