Yes, I'll second that. I've often placed an order close to 6pm (on account)= and it's=20 arrived the next morning before I'm out of bed. As you say though not alway= s=20 predictable. No freight charge for web orders presently. They have a fairly= good=20 system for indicating which stock is available and where it will be coming = from=20 (Australia, UK, US, Singapore). My only complaint with them of late is a part I needed ugently and so speci= fically=20 requested them to send it from Singapore (2-3 days delivery). They didn't r= ead my=20 note on the web order and back ordered it from UK (7-10days). Followed up w= ith=20 phone calls and eventually got one from Singapore and then the one from UK = a day=20 later.
