Item received last week by UPS.
Order was placed in the morning, but the item was shipped the next day=20
afternoon, so, "same day shipping" is not always happening (Mouser and Digi=
key=20
does better job.).
Package are well done by Agilent, no Element 14 extra protection is added.=
=20
Digikey and Mouser seems always add extra protection in addition to the OEM=
=20
packages, and it does help protect the parcel for the shipping.

So, element 14 still got more to learn on same day shipping and package=20
protection.=20

Overall, it improves a lot than a few years before but still long way to ca=
tch=20
up with major competitors. Online support/chat is ok, not great. If you nee=
d=20
something in and hurry and need the parts in time, try not use element 14 i=
f=20
possible. I will always give Mouser and Digikey a try first, unless it is a=
=20
parts they don't carry.
