Oh me too!  My gut feel is that you'll be very disappointed in the =20
amount of power you get out of "ambient indoor light" vs the rated =20
power of the panel (which is for "full sun.")  Full Sun is MUCH more =20
intense than even bright internal lighting; your panel might not even =20
put out enough current indoors to run the buck converter.
