Ah, I didn't notice that bit. I thought it was odd you had missed it..
Looks like you'll have to have a look on the various manufacturers sites=20
and find another one that does what you want.
You could widen your scope depending on what voltage panel you use,=20
maybe you could get away with just a buck or boost depending on your=20
panel. Make sure it will start up properly with whatever voltage/current=20
(under load, check the V/I curve) the panel will provide.
