I can't imagine anyone putting data out on the Cloud unless they don't care=
 who reads it.
I don't guarantees offered by Cloud providers mean anything.  Possession of=
 the data is 103% of the law.
And of course , you can always encrypt your data before storing it on someo=
ne else's system.
Then your biggest worry is that they will lose it.
