Hi, I wasted already 3 days on this, I feel quite desperate now. Didn't find it at Mouser / Digikey / Farnell catalogues, checked datasheets, googled like crazy for days. Even my back hurts now.. my brain much more. It's just the connector used on Keihin carburetors from Kawasaki KX 125 1999-2000. Probably same connector used on many other bikes as well. It's for a series production of a CDI I'm designing, so I cannot ask the user to solder wires or cut cables or the like. I need to provide a cable to the CDI which will mate correctly with the original carburetor's connectors (one for Throttle Position System and the other for PowerJet). So I need the manufacturer and product code of connectors that will mate correctly with the ones on the user's carburetor. Here are some pics: Power-Jet: http://bizzetti.info/nse/user/FabioBiz/CDI/connettore/pj.jpg TPS: http://bizzetti.info/nse/user/FabioBiz/CDI/connettore/tps1.jpg TPS (other view): http://bizzetti.info/nse/user/FabioBiz/CDI/connettore/tps2.jpg Top view of either connectors (they look the same). http://bizzetti.info/nse/user/FabioBiz/CDI/connettore/top.jpg Pitch looks like it is 5.84mm .. however I know that other standard near values exist (5.80 and 5.94), it could be one of those too. The limit is my eye, even using a caliper. Thank you very much if you will take the effort to identify those, I don't know where to search for them any more.
