It was correctly tagged [OT] by the original poster.

It's more [OT] than anything else because the request was for a software
recommendation for Windows. If the discussion varied then it could
change, the next closest topic tag to it would be [EE] but basically it
was a discussion of Windows software and was in "userspace" so it is
[OT].
