Does anyone have suggestions for repairing remotes with dead buttons? I=20
can often fix them by cleaning the contacts and the black conductive=20
rubber pads but eventually this fails. I have tried to revive the=20
buttons with silver paint etc but nothing seems to stick.
I know that one can get universal remotes but sometimes I have a=20
favorite and sometimes important functions are missing on the universals.
