It seems both you and Mark use Thunderbird on Windows, and it seems it replaced a space with a tab in the subject line (first one, then a second one): Mark: "Re: [PIC] Making a very simple optical guitar tuner - have some=09 questions" Yigit's answer got rid of the tab: "Re: [PIC] Making a very simple optical guitar tuner - have some questions" Your answer added it back in: "Re: [PIC] Making a very simple optical guitar tuner - have some questions" And your answer to yourself added a second one in: "Re: [OT] Making a very simple optical guitar tuner - have some questions" Looks to me like a bug in Thunderbird. I can't think of a good reason to replace a space with a tab in a subject line, even if it is a long one.
