SFR isn't the only issue.  Note that in the top left graph, for example, th=

100nF cap has lower than or equal impedance over most of its range than the
others, even though it has a lower SFR.

That all said, I agree there are times when lower value bypass caps are
necessary.  As I said, I've even used a specific model of 100pF in one case=
..

However, the issue was about getting a large quantity of some capacitor.  I
still think for a hobbyist to get a pile of 0805 1uF caps and then use them
in lots of applications, including bypass caps for a microcontroller, makes
sense.
