Sometimes you need a small buck inverter to get the Gate supply voltage=20
rail. Esp off 3.3V or 5V when driving FETs for very low on, or part of a=20
high power or high voltage buck.

LT1073 (1V to 5V supply) + coil, diode & cap. (or a single LM393 + low=20
voltage FET with 2V to 5V supply) will give up to +50V easily.
