I used to purchase a fair amount of SMT stuff from these guys (and=20
their parent company nfceramics).  No problems with parts quality at all.

I don't purchase from them anymore - I generally purchase reels of=20
components now.  But they were a good source when I was first getting=20
started with SMT components.
