Well since I have to make a PSU and there are about 24 drivers=20 needed the high Vce isn't an issue. But I can't find any, not even eBay. Nor a data sheet. I guess the=20 ULN2803 and ULN2003 only survived till today as they are so much more=20 generally useful.
