I've bought things from them at least once.  No problems, and their =20
"assortments" tend to be a good way to get a bunch of commonly used =20
parts...

Also keep an eye out for people selling large-ish lots of "reel =20
ends."  You probably won't find "common" values, but you can get close =20
enough for hobbyist purposes (I have most of a reel of 9.09k resistors =20
that are "close enough to 10k for logic-level pullups", for example.)  =20
Watch out for postage, though.
