I have=20 used various pieces of their equipment in my studio over the years and=20 they held up pretty well under daily use in an often smoky and humid=20 environment. The only issues I can remember were a couple of scratchy faders (fixed=20 with switch cleaner) and a dodgy input (also fixed easily) I think you are probably just as likely to have problems with most of=20 the lower priced equipment - this has often been the case in my=20 experience. I remember our first Behringer mixer was actually a=20 replacement for a slightly more expensive model (not Behringer) that=20 failed within days of purchase. For more "critical" tasks we mostly went with the expensive stuff, and=20 in many cases this probably saved us money on replacements and servicing=20 in the long run. --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
