OK that's good.

But if you are doing less than 10,000 to 100,000 boards the cost saving=20
of Resonator is hardly worth it. Miniature crystals, even in SM form=20
factor are pretty cheap. Either way the only issue compared to internal=20
oscillator is using 2 pins.

But for production a SM 64 pin 18F4550 solves that.
