Your conclusion is right, but not for the wrong reaons.  You said to do the
match, but you obviously didn't.  If you did, you'd realize the units don't
check.  In your first statement you say it takes a minimum charge, but in
your second statement you talk about energy.  Clearly these two don't make =
a
equation by themselves.
