Do not know the breakdown exactly, but usually reseller has 30% markup=20
and manufacturer's cost is about 10-20% of it's price.  This is  "generic"
breakdown. =20

I use, and recommend, EyeMartExpress.  You can do exam there as well,=20
 and it costs less than Walmart.  In addition, no waiting 2-3 days=20
for delivery as in  Walmart, you get your glasses same day. =20
E.g. Walmart sends all orders to HQ in Arkansas, where glasses are made.=20
