I don't believe it is a problem - apart from being a problem for your heari=
ng.

There are several factors, but the main one is you are young, and can proba=
bly hear well into the 20kHz range - which is probably where the SPMS on th=
e PCB is operating to derive the low voltages required for the FPGA, as man=
y of these chips require a core supply down around 1.5V to get the innards =
of the chip to operate at required speed.
