I shall get back to my PIC project. Stupid prescale chip MB504 is noisy=20
if no input (Divide by 32). So till I have a better one, I tell SW to=20
pretend freq is zero if it's more than 60MHz (really about 2MHz on PIC=20
). I only need up to about 38MHz
