When you have more than about 10 of the same value, vacuum picking from tap=
e usually gets a lot
quicker than loose tweezing  - it's also much easier for polarised parts, e=
specially LEDs where you
often can't see the polarity from the top side, and not-very-clearly laser-=
marked diodes.
