Deep cycling "ordinary" batteries is an invitation to very very short lifet=
imes.

Consider a LiFePO4 battery. Much higher capital cost but lower whole
of life cost.

Many sites offer panel tilting formulae.
Moving twice a year can be useful.
More often has diminishing gains.
