Wondering if anyone knows of a good source for cheap colour displays -=20
one or two for prototyping, but also large quantities easily available=20
if necessary later.
I have found a few suitable (if a bit expensive), but I'm sure the list=20
possesses knowledge I don't.

Size - something between say, 128x200 and 400x400, preferably wider than=20
tall.
Type - anything which has it's own light source (i.e can see in dark)
Interface/Power - as little external stuff as possible (preferably with=20
onboard charge pump/regulator)

It is for a handheld battery powered product.
