There is a bit in the help called Third Party Models you should take a=20 look under, which tells you how to do it. It can be a bit confusing I remember - what I do is create a new=20 schematic part (if necessary) then add the lib file to the LTSpice=20 library. In the schematic part I think you put X for the type (look=20 under LTSpice types for explanation of this) and in one of the other=20 property boxes you put the lib file name. For any particular model, you need to make sure the pins are in the same=20 order in the model as in your schematic - open the lib file in notepad=20 and at the top of the subcircuit you will see the names listed.
