I'll second the T9 series. They are extremely rugged, have UL Inductive Load rated contacts and have been around forever. I designed a power controller (medical vacuum) for a customer about a year ago that went through extensive life/abuse testing and we never got one to fail until we were over 2.5x the relay's rated current. The contacts didn't fail (weld shut or not make contact) but the internal current carrying connection on the relay did. Our unit runs at about half rated current (8-10A) and they still have some units on a continuous life cycle test with no failures. I expect the motors will wear out long before the relay fails. We have both 120VAC/240VAC models that use the same circuit board design. They also sailed through regulatory testing. We didn't use a traditional snubber across the relay contacts, however we did have a 0.33uF X-Class capacitor across the switched AC to supress EMI from the motor itself.
